Mountain village and a rigde of the same name going from Stare Hamry to Bily Kriz. Janikula (833m) and Kozlena (866m) are the most significant peaks there. The origins of this village are dated to 18th century. The first mention is from 1636. A local farmer had posed a statue of Our Lady in 1773 and lately a simple chapel grew nearby. The chapel was in 19th century rebuilt into a primitive wooden church. The whole ridge is an excellent place for tourists and skiers. There are many mild routes and path without big difference of elevation with magnificent views. During fair weather it is possible to see the Mala Fatra mountains and the West Tatra mountains in Slovak republic.
